The registration deadline is March 01, 2026.

 

Registration for the competitions:

The entire registration for all starters of a nation has to be made by the team leaders of the individual nations to the organization office by email to: airedale[at]styrian-spirit.net (please replace [at] with @) at least at 01.03.2026.

With "guest starters", a single starter can also be the team leader.

Required for registration by each starter:

v Entry form
v Scan of the qualification certificate (scorebook) - checked in advance by the team leader!
v Scan of the dog's pedigree
v Picture of the doghandler for homepage and catalog
v Picture of the dog for homepage and catalog
v Name, photo, telephone number, email address of the team leader

!!! ATTENTION !!!
Starters please send their entry form and their enclosures to their respective team leader. The team leader then sends all the documents to the organization office. NO SINGLE REGISTRATIONS to the organization office!



Entry fee:
 

The entry fee for FCI-IGP, FCI-IFH und FCI-OB is € 70 per starter. (Attention: guest starter see regulation below)
The festive evening is not included. Registration requires payment of the entry fee.

The transfer must be made for all starters of one nation in total by March 14, 2026 at the latest. NO individual transfers!

Local registration:


The local registration of all starters of a nation is carried out exclusively by the team leaders of the individual nations in the organization office. For the registration, the specified times according to the schedule must be observed in order to enable quick processing.

Required for the registration:

v scorebook of every starter
v € 10 per starter as a deposit for the start numbers

ATTENTION: The deposit and the scorebook will only be given back after the start number has been returned at the end of the competition!

 

Local veterinary examination:


The local veterinary examination is always carried out for all dogs of a nation according to the schedule. We ask all starters to arrive at the examination on time in order to enable rapid processing. Reserve starters are only entitled to start if they have taken part in the veterinary examination.

Required for the examination:

v Vaccination pass of every dog with a valid rabies vaccination



Most important conditions of participation for FCI-IGP at a glance:
 

v Each starter must meet the qualification requirements of the nation for which he starts by March 01, 2026 at the latest.
v 5 starters can take part per nation.
v A dog handler may only show 1 dog per division and trial level.
v Only dogs with an FCI accepted pedigree may start.
v Only healthy dogs are allowed to start.
v Dogs are only allowed to participate with a vaccination certificate and a valid rabies vaccination.
v Females in heat should be announced as soon as possible. They start in department A according to the schedule, in departments B and C at the end of the competition.

In any case, please also note the WTWU guidelines for FCI-IGP!

v 2 starters can take part per nation.
v A dog handler may only show 1 dog per division and trial level.
v Only dogs with an FCI accepted pedigree may start.
v Only healthy dogs are allowed to start.
v Dogs are only allowed to participate with a vaccination certificate and a valid rabies vaccination.

v Each starter must meet the qualification requirements of the nation for which he starts by March 01, 2026 at the latest.
v 5 starters can take part per nation.
v A dog handler may only show 1 dog per division and trial level.

v Only healthy dogs are allowed to start.
v Dogs are only allowed to participate with a vaccination certificate and a valid rabies vaccination.
v Females in heat should be announced as soon as possible. They start at the end of the competition.

Guest starter:
 

The WTWU would also like to enable those dog handlers to participate in the WTWU World Championship whose nation does not have a WTWU member association. As guest starters, we would also like to warmly welcome such dog handlers.

Here are some special provisions for guest starters:

The entry fee for guest starters for FCI-IGP, FCI-IFH und FCI-OB is € 140 per starter.

v As an FCI-IGP qualification one exam must be passed in the respective trial level within one year by March 01, 2026 at the latest.
v As an FCI-FH qualification one exam must be passed in the respective trial level within one year by March 01, 2026 at the latest.
v As an FCI-OB qualification one exam must be passed in the respective trial level within one year by March 01, 2026 at the latest.
v 5 starters can take part in FCI-IGP per guest nation.
v 2 starters can take part in FCI-IFH per guest nation.
v 5 starters can take part in FCI-OB per guest nation.
v A dog handler may only show 1 dog per guest nation, division and trial level.
v ATTENTION: There is a separate guest ranking for guest starters. The title "World Champion" is only awarded to starters from WTWU member associations.

All other conditions of participation apply analogously to all regular starters.
 


Lokal training for tracking:
 

If a local training site is required, please contact the organization office at airedale[at]styrian-spirit.net (please replace [at] with @) by March 14, 2026 at the latest. Without exception, training may only be carried out on assigned terrain. Training on unapproved terrain leads to disqualification from the competition.



Lokal training for obedience and protection:
 

If a local training place (not the event area) is needed for B and C, please contact the organization office at airedale[at]styrian-spirit.net (please replace [at] with @) by March 14, 2026 at the latest. Without exception, training may only be carried out on assigned terrain. Training on the event site out of the official training leads to disqualification from the competition.
